Shipping Duration

If product ordered is in stock, the order will be shipped in 2-3 working days. Orders placed in Turkey will be delivered in 2-3 working days and orders placed outside Turkey will be delivered in 4-5 working days, subject to customs in select country.

Shipping Fee and VAT

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g. customs, VAT) are not refundable.

Damaged / wrong item received

If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at sales@bejoul.com with a photo of the damage/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take care of it.

All sales of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned, no exceptions.
